They knew my first name somehow and said they need my email address for verification.
I hung up to check first.

Same thing, suspecting scam.. Interesting it is on 1800 as there should be charge back associated, so it will be good to give them the attention. Will not do myself as I am not silent, so need to find appropriate redirection for next scammer to try..
