I got a phone call on my mobile from 0862284010 claiming to be from telstra offering to reduce my plan which had expired. They asked for my DOB but had seemingly a lot of telstra account details. Our conversation would be confirmed in an email which did not arrive. A follow up number was provided as 1800857275 and an employee number of HA48 was advised if I neededany further information.
Becoming suspicious I contacted Telstra who advised they had no record of my dealings. The confirmed this was a scammer.
