I experienced the same issue. When I called the number I spoke to someone claiming to be a Microsoft support partner asking for permission to run a diagnostics check on my computer. I hung up the phone without proceeding.
The problem appears to be gone.
Received this number to call with a pop up whilst surfing net, telling me I had an infected computer - a Trojan trj.dealware.stealth and not to turn off my computer until I contacted this number. Also that nothing would remove this problem. I turned off my computer immediately and ran several scans. Have no idea if there is a problem as yet.
