I would still report it in case, better to be safe than sorry, if is ligit no harm done, if not then its helped others and secirity to do their job and get'em.
And just to be sure your not missing out on funds (just in case its true) perhaps ring the "official" commbank number as in this case.

I've searched I "Can Not" find that that number belongs to commbank!
Just saying be careful ok and check, not just here. And check with business and their actual numbers.
