Was called by Indian sounding guy claiming to refund $98 Telstra overpayment to my credit card. I asked to refund to my bank account & he said he couldn’t. Said I would call Telstra myself.

An Indian man called "Peter" rang me, claiming to be from Telstra. Said he needed my credit card details so that they could refund me an overcharged amount. Even gave me a fake employee ID and refund ID. Obvious scam.
Got a call from these guys saying they were Telstra, had overcharged me, and wanted to give me back some money. All I had to do was give them my credit card number. Told them I would call them back. They didn't want to give me this number and said they would call me. I called the number and someone answered saying it was Telstra. But Telstra never answers that quickly. Didn't sound local either.
