Warning! Do not trust this company. They answer as PC Patchers, and will only try to rip you off. Beware, a total scam!

Most definitely a scam! The person who answered stated that they were a 3rd party Gmail Support company called PCPatchers who are based in NSW, even though they also answer on the landline number (07) 9311 1000, which has a Queensland prefix! Too many things don't add up about this business, so definitely beware of them! Do not trust anything they say, they will try to remotely access your computer and scam you out of money.

A man called Oliver answered when I rang this number as I was trying to cancel a Gmail account I had created to access a Zorpia message which seemed like a scam. The man called Oliver wanted me to go to a laptop or desktop and he would talk me through it. It sounded very dodgy. Definitely avoid Zorpia and do some checking on this account. When I asked to speak to supervisor he hung up.

I cant find much feedback on this company 'pcpachers' even though the website is years old. They claim to be from Google or Microsoft but refuse to give contact details. Too many warning bells, avoid this.
