Yes I just received 4 emails exactly from this, I check my PayPal it is nothing to do with these, they are scams.
I recieved 3x emails via a docusign email address from 'PayPal security team' advising of an unauthorised transaction being made to 'coinbase'. The emails requested I call this number to resolve. It is a scam please do not call if you recieve this email. The email was sent to an account not linked to a PayPal account. It looks very legit at first glance!

I rang this number after getting a dodgy email about a PayPal transaction. Before I rang, I went on to my PayPal account and ascertained it was a fradulent transaction as they had not sent the email. Main thing to look for is your own name in the email as PayPal never emails clients with that!
The email looked very genuine but it certainly was a scam. BEWARE!
