It appears to come from a NAB phone number.
I suspect this call is a scam; the caller claimed to be from NAB and mentioned an OSKO transaction that was rejected, but it seemed misleading.

I received a message that I suspect to be a scam. The message read: [ALERT] Osko Payment Declined: $6250.00 to MO KHAN on 07/11. They instructed me to call 1800 610 827 if I did NOT make this payment. I want to warn others, as I do not bank with NAB.

I received a message claiming to be from NAB (National Australia Bank) stating that a payment of $6250 had been submitted to a person named M KAHN. This message seemed suspicious and could be a sign of fraud.
