I had an ‘Alert’ come up allegedly from Apple saying someone had attempted to spend $1,418 on ApplePay and that if it wasn’t me to call this number to cancel the payment.
I attempted to call it (panicking) but no one answered. I then hung up but the message and the number kept coming up and I couldn’t cancel the message! That’s when I got suspicious and turned off my phone.
