Be careful as this number is a scam. They are pretending to be Microsoft and will ask you to download a program so they can remotely access your computer. It seems official at the time. They did this to us today and now have our email address, name and mobile number. It comes up as 'my tech squad'. We suspected something during the call and disconnected from the remote log in but we are now taking our laptop to an IT company as they may have downloaded something onto our laptop when we allowed them to remotely log in. Their website looks official with Microsoft logos. Be careful.
