This number is involved in a PayPal support scam. I find it amusing to mess with them by calling and pretending to want to watch the 2016 Disney movie Zootopia together.
On Monday, March 21, I received an SMS that said: "Your PAYPAL account has been debited $2700.00 AUD on 2022/03/21, credited to Mr. John Rey. Call 1800 329 044 to STOP processing." The message also included two links. I do not know anyone named John Rey and I haven't made any purchases, which makes this a clear scam intended to lure me into clicking those links.
