Same as many reports, got the scam txt saying I made an E card payment, ring this number to get a refund if it was not me.
Why cant the Telco network administrators shut these numbers down after say 3 reports of a scam.

Received a scam text from 0487281488 tell me I’d ordered a $150 e-card via PayPal and to get a refund I had to ring this 1800 number. Total scam.

NOT your mobile. Do This : play along calling that number and you will get an interesting insight/response. Try it! Annoy them too while you are on the phone. Starting telling them some nonsense stories. Serve that right !

I had the text message this morning although it stated the transaction of 1500.00 was on the 21/jun/15 and told to call 1800-32-90-02.
