I called this number several times just to annoy the callers as a form of payback, which I found amusing since they deserve it!
This is a complete scam number, the number comes up on your computer screen through a browser popup telling you that access to your computer has been blocked for security reasons and to call windows support on 1800324856.
It came up for one of my clients and so I called it for fun. They answer the phone thanking you for calling support and how can they help. It is defintely dodgy. I told them that they were pathetic scammers and they got very abusive very quickly. I rang them 20 times to cost them the 1800 call charges just to annoy them a bit until they stopped answering my calls. Ring them lots but don't engage.
