Telstra complaints provide this number in response to me contacting them. Seems legit.
It's a genuine call from the monkeys at Telstra.
When you lodged a complaint with the Ombudsman it's one of the numbers they call you from.
However they usually only let it ring twice and hang up leaving a message to call them back.
Their office closes at 6 PM DST but the idiots phone AFTER 6 PM so it's a waste of time calling back but they will claim that they called you to try to look like they are trying to solve your complaint.
I recieved a call from 0283026100 telling me she was from telstra and was calling me in regard to my complaint. . she would not tell me what the complaint was about but wanted my details.. I have not made a complaint to telstra at any times. She said her name is kellyand employment number is 5358.. I kept questioning her as toi why she called me. She could not answer that, then said im sorry and then ended the call.. Is this another scam ??? . contact me telstra and explain..
