Phoned ANZ to ask if what was appearing on my screen was a scam. Had to put in app pin number to actually talk to someone, foolishly did, was talking to an Asian sounding lady when a baby started crying in background. Asked a baby is crying in background said she was working from home. All I was wanting to know if ANZ were telling us to change password after logging in.
