March 2022.2 groups of txts about 2 weeks apart. From Milton Graham, a collection agency addressed to Shirley (not my name) on behalf of Alinta Energy (not my power company). In the past would assume a digit error in the phone number and inform participants but can't connect via phone or computer without exposing own details which may be the intention.

Sends me text messages saying I owe money and to ring them. They claim they’re a collection agency.
Keeps sending me messages saying I owe $66.49 for a city debt and then for Greater Western Water bill and has a link to payment gateway. I am 19 and live with my parents so don't have water bill? Def SCAM do not respond.
