They are ARL - Australian Receivables Limited - a debt collection service located in Sydney. They rang me about a truenergy bill that was not mine but the previous person who lived in the house and truenergy's records were wrong and they were trying to pass on the previous tenants bills to me. Thank goodness I kept a track of my sign up and sign off reference numbers along with dates etc from the phone calls I had with truenergy. I told ARL that if I have to spend any more time fixing truenergy's error I was charging them $300 and hour and I will pass the bills on to them on a daily basis with 7 day payments or penalty interest will apply. I am now getting a phone call from a manager.
