They rang me about a truenergy bill that was not mine but the previous person who lived in the house and truenergy's records were wrong and they were trying to pass on the previous tenants bills to me. Thank goodness I kept a track of my sign up and sign off reference numbers along with dates etc from the phone calls I had with truenergy.
