I get this all the time browsing torrent sites, It is spam, and they will ask for credit card details and set up new hack tools onto your computer for key logging and access to bank account details. Never give out your Credit card details or let them help you,,

Super dodgy. Do not respond. Same as colin above and popped up when browsing. Just close your browser through task explorer and start again. These guys will remote into your PC if you let them and then the skies the limit for what they can steal off you. Never respond to unsolicited prompts for IT support as no legitimate company is configured to operate that way...yet.

This was a number given on a message that popped up claiming to outline how to fix a virus problem on our computer. The message was very slick and had a voice-over warning.

I called the number at about 11 pm and then hung up. Then we got four calls back from an unlisted number in the next 20 minutes. Seems very suspicious.
