Call from a private number. Caller knew my first name and said they were calling regarding "My Bank of Queensland -account with regards to a banking matter for NAB". I do not bank with NAB.
I told the caller I would not engage as this was suspicious. He provided me a call back number and asked me to call them so I can verify my ID and resolve this 'urgent matter'. The number was 1300 440 218. He asked me to read the number back to him to confirm. When I searched it on Google, this forum came up.
