I obtained this number from the Australian Frequent Flyer website in an attempt to speak with a Qantas Call Centre to get my Emirates booking ticketed.

My call was eventually answered and the operative appeared genuine. I also received an email confirming the booking with all the attachments, but, in hindsight notice it was not an actual ticket. However, my Frequent Flyer points have disappeared and, according to Emirates, the flight reservation had been cancelled by Qantas.

Uncertain if this was a sophisticated FF points harvesting scam, confounded of course by the continued inability to contact a Qantas call centre via their published numbers.

Any feedback welcome.
