What Our Users Reviewed
Definitely a scam, received a call early yesterday afternoon (07/06/17), said they where from "Telstra", and usual rubbish about downloading infected files etc etc. When I told him that I do not even own a computer, and therefore could not connect to the internet, he told me to "go f**k yourself", which I thought was very rude. (lol).
Just had same SCAM call.
Called at dinner time, female claimed to be calling from Telstra. Advised our internet connection was downloading lots of scary dangerous software while we were internet banking.
(We are not Telstra customers for internet or phone.).
Nobody was using the internet connection for banking during previous week.
Caller wanted me to access computer so she could fix it.
Number on handset was not this 1300 number.
Caller ended call when I challenged her authenticity.
