I received a call from 1300220804 on my mobile number from a woman claiming to be from SGIO claims section. She said that she was calling with regard to my recent home claim. She got that right, because I recently lodged a claim, which is ongoing. She started asking for details which I already supplied to SGIO. I got suspicious. I asked for her name. She gave me a bogus name 'Heart'. I asked for the number she was calling from - she said 1300220804, which is not the SGIO claims number. I told her that I couldn't trust her and hung up.
