I have received the same type of messages from this scam caller. I have reported them to Scam Watch due to the ongoing scam activity.

He has left us alone for now. We sent back a message saying we will take him to court if we continue getting harassed.

K

Scam! Says from child health & safety program. Sends invoices & demands payment. Calls himself Colin Sharp & is a disgusting liar. Sends threatening messages saying will enforce a court order.

G

Have they stopped contacting you. We are getting harassed at the moment with threats of taking us to court. What was your outcome?

H

I am currently being harassed by this person who constantly calls me and sends fake invoices claiming to take me to court. The numbers he uses are 0417 155 686 and 1300 097 273. He introduces himself as Colin Shape, but I find it laughable since it feels like a joke from a fictional character "Colin from Accounts." How long will this harassment go on?

This is definitely a scam! The caller claimed that I had agreed to place an advertisement in a magazine, but they could not provide any evidence that the magazine exists—just stating it was sent to all schools. When I mentioned this to them, they insisted that the schools and government departments were unaware of it. They continually follow up with emails and letters demanding payment and threaten legal action and bad credit if I don’t pay. This person is a total con artist!

M
Montag

Been receiving email invoices and posted invoices from this clown as well. When confronted about being a scam got very uptight and indignant. Threatened court action, debt collection etc. Requested proof the publication is real but nothing! Have reported to ScamWatch and intend to make a police report in the coming days as well.

V

This caller falsely claimed to be from a Child Health & Safety Program. They are trying to sell fake advertising services and have been sending email invoices that threaten bad credit implications.

S

This number sends relentless invoices and fake letters of demand. The invoices are poorly constructed and contain obvious errors. This is clearly a scam.

N
Nickerson

This call was incredibly deceptive. The person on the line was clearly not trustworthy and I suspect it's a scam. Do not give them any payment or personal information!

R
Reeve

This person is very aggressive and persistent, pretending to be legitimate when they are clearly a scammer.

K
Klawitter

Do not make any payments to this caller as it is a scam. They operate from a virtual office in Glen Waverley and may send fake invoices while using aggressive tactics to threaten for payments. They might also falsely claim to be related to the Child Health & Safety Program. The invoices they send are simplistic and can be easily fabricated with basic software.

C
Crowther

The caller appears to be untrustworthy, only providing a P.O. Box for contact and persistently pressuring me for payment regarding a supposed 1/8 page advertisement. The invoice they sent me is very simplistic and could easily have been fabricated by anyone with basic software skills.
