They claim to be from Milton Graham, they are fishing to attach other people's debts to innocent people, real outstanding debts you are contacted by mail long before the selling debt stage, the ATO and other government agencies may employ debt collectors but they do not sell the debts, if you do owe the government money you can negotiate with, contest and pay them directly, you don't need to deal with the debt collectors.
