Claiming to need my address, dob and other details before they could speak with me about an "important personal matter" and claimed to have sent me an email and txt last week. Said they would resend txt/email to confirm validity of call so I could call in on main number. But have not. Have spoken with accounts departments and even debt collectors in the past, and in all cases they can at least give some clue to what they are calling about before confirming identity etc. So something struck me as a bit "phishy"...
