After receiving a missed call on October 20, 2023, I called back using the 1831 prefix. I ended up on a typical "You've been in a car accident" insurance scam call. I found it amusing and spent the day calling them back to harass the scammers!
I did not recognize the number when I called back, but it led to a training company that I had never heard of and found no information about online. It seemed suspicious.
