One of a number of attempted scam calls from similar numbers today. I made the extremely rare error of answering one (because I was expecting a call from someone else) - there was a delay of a few seconds and a male with an Indian accent spoke. I hung up straight away. Block, block, block.
Strong indian accented woman - unable to be understood. Loud "call centre" voices in the background. Blocked.
Scam solar panels, they have illegally sourced my phone number.
Phone rang and instantly marked it as "Suspected Spam". Voicemail was left of ~3-4 seconds of silence (With background noise/chatter) and then a female voice with an accent (Unsure which, possibly Indian/Asian) saying "hello?..... HELLO?" and then it cut off.
