Today I received a call from a woman with an Indian sounding accent. She asked for my name then asked if I had been involved in a car accident within the last 12 months. She said I could get compensation. I told her I hadn't then she said it could have been a member of my family or friend. I told her to stop scamming people and get an honest job. She denied that of course and gave me an Adelaide address of where the business is. I regret not writing down the business name and address to cross reference it. She said she will remove my name from her list.

That's what I thought too. I received a call from that number from a woman with an Indian accent.
It is a spam call, so don't give any information.
Call centre - - claimed to be calling about an accident - obvious scam - was still pushy when I said I was on the do not call register.
