They will pay it in full and then they will ask you to put 70% of the amount in their account. That way, you will get a 30% discount. As soon as your money is in their account, they will reverse the BPay bill they paid. You will be left with 100% of your bill that you still need to pay to the utility bill company AND you will loose 70% of the amount that you have paid these SCAMMERS.

Could hardly understand the indian guy but he was saying he was offering 30% of electricity and when asked, said he was from bulk buy power. Never heard of them and sounds like a scam. I had to block the number in the end as he called me 4 times in 2 minutes.
They keep calling me from last 2 weeks. When I say not interested they keep insisting. Very bad people.
