What Our Users Reviewed
I did not receive an actual phone call, but I received a suspicious email that looked like a receipt for an Apple iPad purchase. I never made such a purchase, and the email was dated August 23, 2023, which raises concerns about its legitimacy.
Received email saying I had purchased an apple device. Scam.
Received the same email, with a phoney delivery address. Definitely did not order an Apple Laptop.
It is a scam.
Thanks for your alert; received the same type of email, billed to an phoney address in Victoria... Same phone number.
Nice to have my suspicions confirmed.
Received an Apple invoice for purchase of a laptop I never made. The email had somebody else's billing address in NSW. The email also sent from a non Apple email. The email also stated in the footnote "If you have any questions about your bill call at +61-08 8100 3028. Your package is being shipped by AusPost. Get help with subscriptions and purchases. Visit Apple Support.
Place of supply: Australia"
It is a scam.
