Not sure but I’m hesitant to do anything (like calling the number). I received two emails claiming that over $400 would be taken from my account as a subscription to McAfee and I had 24 hours in which to call if I didn’t want to renew and to get a refund/cancel transaction.
On reading what I’ve written here, I’m calling scam and the number (?)hijacked!
This caller falsely claims to be from McAfee Support, but I don't have any McAfee products. They sent an email with a receipt for a 12-month subscription renewal, stating that I have 24 hours to respond to receive a refund. I recommend ignoring this message as it's clearly from scammers.
