I answered a call, and a lady said "hello" before hanging up without any further conversation.
I am unsure who owns this number; it has called me a few times recently but never leaves a voicemail.
Id displayed as Adelaide they called at 13:31. I answered the call with hello nobody was talking back I said hello 2 more times. I waited for someone to talk there was background noise that sounded like the phone was in a room with no one in it, after awhile the line was disconnected.
