This number is not Telstra and it is also not associated with Trend Micro. They scammed me out of A$700 by selling me a fake firewall for my computer and then hacked into it.
This number is not associated with Telstra Support. I have confirmed it is a SCAM number through a representative from Telstra. The caller charged me $900.00 for an internet security service. When I requested to have that amount added to my next bill, they became frustrated, and it was then I realized I had been scammed.
I was scammed by someone who falsely claimed to represent Telstra or Trend Micro. They deceived me into paying A$3700 for a nonexistent firewall for my computer and subsequently hacked into my system. This was definitely a scam.
