It is highly likely a scam. The guy pretend to be an Amazon customer services. They will send you a sms message first to tell you that you are having a purchase. The sms will have this number telling you to call them if it is not from you. Then I called them. They know my previous address and some of my credit card information. I think they have purchased some stolen data from somewhere. Do not give them any information. Call Amazon hotline (not their no.).

This is a scam. These people send you a note that someone has accessed your Amazon account and purchased something. You call their call centre, they get a mobile unlock code sent to you.
