The caller claimed to have obtained my phone number from a survey I supposedly completed, but I don't recall participating in any such survey. Additionally, my phone number is on the do-not-call registry, and I have a silent home number to avoid unwanted calls.

Missed call. Called back from private number and on first time straight away hung up but could hear it was a call centre of some kind by back ground noise.
Second time answered, said I missed a call and the male that answered refused to say who he was representing and said I do not want to talk to you.
