Called and said their name was Rose sounded like it was coming from a call centre she didn’t identify where she was from. Asked if I had solar panels and when they were installed. When I told them it was 2 years ago she just said thanks that’s all I need to know. I didn’t hang up immediately and she repeated herself to say thanks that’s all I need to know. I asked her why she was asking about my solar panels and why didn’t want to engage further. She said the government is offering rebates for people who have solar panels 9 years or older to be replaced. She wanted me off the phone really quickly. Definitely a scam of some kind.
