The caller claimed to be from the Commonwealth Bank's security department, stating that my internet banking account had been compromised. However, I do not bank with Commonwealth Bank, so I hung up on them.
I experienced a call from a heavy-accented individual, likely a scammer, speaking in a noisy call center environment. He attempted to discuss my internet speed, but I firmly told him to leave me alone.
