Absolute SCAM - Claims to be from ATO, said that the ATO are taking me to court for tax evasion and fraud. Had strong suspicions straight away as I am very thorough to make sure I do not evade the law in this area. HANG UP and do not call back!

Similar to existing comment. A man with an Indian accent said he was from the ATO and had my arrest warrant. When I asked him if it was a scam he got angry, and said the police will arrest me in 30 minutes and hung up.
