This is a scam call. I didn't answer the call, but the following message was left in a robotic female voice: "This is an information call from eBay. We have received a purchase request of $299.99. The same will be debited from your account automatically. If you want to cancel this, then press 1, or to claim for refunding, then press 2, or to talk to our representative, then press 9. Thank you.".
Didn't know number so let go to voicemail. When checked voicemail, bad robot voice half-way through message about 'debited from account', and 'for refund'. Hung up at that point and blocked the numbe are from my phone.

And why would a refund be debited? ‘You missed a call from 0870777440, who said "$99.99 and the same will be debited from your account automatically. If you want to cancel this. Then press one. Your claim for refund.".
