This is a scam call. I didn't answer the call, but the following message was left in a robotic female voice: "This is an information call from eBay. We have received a purchase request of $299.99. Didn't know number so let go to voicemail. When checked voicemail, bad robot voice half-way through message about 'debited from account', and 'for refund'. Hung up at that point and blocked the numbe are from my phone.
