Just received the Norton email at a client office.
Message was sent from the Xero servers so someone is using their platform to send the messages to avoid spam filters as the message appears legitimate.
If you get it, just delete it.
I've raised it with Xero in an effort to get them to shut down the relevant subscription.
I have now reported this to Norton:-)
Same thing here, I suspected a scam too which is why I looked it up, it was sent from zero saying it was an invoice, it was pretty convincing, am going to email Norton & let them know!
Coincidentally I also received exact same email. Scam it is.
