I received a recorded message instructing me to call a different number, which raises my suspicion about its legitimacy.
I did not answer this call, but it appears to be a scam, as the caller claimed to be from the "Immigration Bureau."

Pretended to be from Telstra needing to fix IP internet or something urgently. Said she'd send me an email to verify her call if I stayed on the phone. I said I was busy but would look at the email later and call back if need be. SHe hung up on me haha.
