I answered the phone to be questioned by an Indian sounding woman in a call center by the sounds of it. Asking me my age and when I refused to give it to her I than asked where she was calling from and she had replied "LIFESTYLE SURVEY". I'm just taking a stab in the dark but I think they are based overseas due to having a delay over the phone.

Yes they nearly caused me to have an accident caused I pulled over in my car. Then they rang again and asked me how old I was and how I was and then hung up laughing as I was sick from the dentist. He said the company name but I forgot and I told him to stop calling me clearly they had my number if I missed a call from them, I said no ill block your number from my phone and you can do the same too, and the Indian guy said " Oh my gosh I need your number too see, I said no way and hang up!!
