Sadly they call me from numerous numbers & always call me "Matt"... I even got an automated call once to remove myself from the call list, but it wanted me to enter my number & name & more.... Urm... No... I'm not giving them more information to (pretend?) remove me... Ridiculous! I can only assume someone has put my number on some form & now I can't stop the calls. I answered the phone to be questioned by an Indian sounding woman in a call center by the sounds of it. Asking me my age and when I refused to give it to her I than asked where she was calling from and she had replied "LIFESTYLE SURVEY". I'm just taking a stab in the dark but I think they are based overseas due to having a delay over the phone.

The scam is that they ring three times and hang up before you can answer it. They leave a missed call number so that you call them and it costs them nothing to hit you with a sales pitch. Any organisation pulling that one has nothing honest to sell. don't call them!

I member I had filled out a survey online when this little icon popped up saying I had won an iPhone or something, I put my name down as someone else and I received a call from them last week asking for the name I provided, THEY ARE A SCAM, Indian guy was on the phone saying if I received a missed call from this number and I said yes he said can you please provide me your number so I can check I said no!! Where are you calling from? He said the company name but I forgot and I told him to stop calling me clearly they had my number if I missed a call from them, I said no ill block your number from my phone and you can do the same too, and the Indian guy said " Oh my gosh I need your number too see, I said no way and hang up!! Hello, it's come to my attention that I'm not the only one that is getting these calls, I'm a shift worker and to be getting these calls up 4-5 call a day is nothing but disgraceful and disrespectful to say the least. All you need to do is advise them to remove you from their database or you will go the ombudsman. They are then oblifpgated to or legal action can be taken against them.
