This time I made it a bit harder and asked too many questions and was told by the caller:

Well, mission accomplished LOL and kept him on the line for a good half hour :-).
I answered and it had “hold music” playing. Then someone picked up. It seemed to be a automated message saying it’s a claims helpline!!
