I answered because I was expecting a local call.. After a delay a voice with an accent said they were from solar city and were calling regarding a solar rebate. I said I wa sol thansk and they hung up so I'd say it's a spam call, not a telemarketer. Don't answer unlike me who did!
Missed call & no voicemail left. Called the number back & got an automated message saying the number I’ve dialled is not in service (USA accent) & hangs up.
