I received a call stating there was a transaction request of $1299 on my ANZ card. It sounded suspicious, so I hung up. The caller ID showed it was from Telstra, with the number (08) 6255 9958, labeled as "Potential Fraud."
I did not answer this call, and there was no message left. After reading reports of similar experiences, it seems this could be a scam.
