Robocall and Solar Scam Reports for 08 6255 9851
Two contributors have reported persistent contact from 08 6255 9851 (also written as 0862559851), with the behaviour split between aggressive solar battery sales pitches and sustained robocalling campaigns. The number is linked to Netsip Pty Ltd, a Perth-based telecommunications and marketing firm operating across Australia. One contributor describes a pattern of relentless daily calls that continues despite Do Not Call Register listings and repeated blocking attempts.
What stands out in reports about 0862559851 is the deliberate circumvention of standard call-blocking. The contributor notes that Netsip generates new phone numbers specifically to contact them after each previous number is blocked. This suggests an organised approach to maintaining contact pressure rather than occasional telemarketing.
What Callers from 08 6255 9851 Are Selling
Reports indicate 08 6255 9851 is used for multiple sales campaigns. One contributor specifically flagged a solar battery scam pitch. The broader pattern described by the second contributor suggests the company operates as a "man in the middle" marketing operation promoting varied schemes, services, and sales across multiple categories.
The contributor's description of Netsip as functioning across telecommunications, marketing, and general sales promotion suggests 0862559851 may rotate through different sales angles depending on the day or campaign focus.
Call Patterns and Persistence
The defining characteristic of calls from 08 6255 9851 is their frequency and persistence. One contributor reports receiving calls every single day from this and related numbers. Despite blocking approximately 20 different phone numbers used by the same organisation, new numbers continue to arrive within hours or days.
A contributor who answered calls from 0862559851 noted they had spoken to the company at some point in the past, which Netsip appears to use as justification to maintain indefinite contact. The contributor's statement that "they will never ever stop" reflects frustration with a calling pattern that intensifies rather than decreases when contact is refused, blocked, or reported.

Another solar battery scam
This company, Netsip Pty Ltd, located in Perth rings me every day for whatever reason. I do remember speaking to them at some point in the past and it comes across as some sort of a cold call marketing group, which appears to have offices all over Australia. I have blocked maybe 20 different phone numbers from which they have used in contacting my phone. It is a telecommunications company among other things, such as marketing, or may be better identified as an anything type company, or man in the middle to promote all manner of items, schemes, services, and to promote virtually sales of any and all types. As such it, obviously, makes thousands of calls each day under a proviso that if you don't answer their call, don't return their call, block their call, report their calls like at this site or others, or if in any way you attempt to terminate their repeated efforts to contact you, they will take that to mean that they should repeatedly continue to ring you - forever - until through their efforts to, "have their way with you", they actually become successful at setting their "hook", what ever that may mean. They perpetually create new numbers specifically to ring you again and again each time you block each number that has just recently interrupted your day - and they have made it very clear to me that they will never ever stop. All of my numbers are on the "do-not-call" register, which for this specific organization, apparently motivates them to call you as frequently as possible, rather than to "do-not-call". The only way to end such uninvited behavior is to simply take away their primary toys of entertainment - take their phones away from them.

WRITE A REVIEWFrequently Asked Questions
Is 08 6255 9851 a legitimate business?
Netsip Pty Ltd is registered as a Perth-based telecommunications and marketing company, but contributors report 0862559851 is used for aggressive cold-calling campaigns that ignore Do Not Call Register listings. The presence of solar battery scam pitches mixed with broader sales activity suggests questionable practices. Legitimate businesses respect blocking and Do Not Call requests.
Why does 08 6255 9851 keep calling with different numbers?
One contributor reports blocking approximately 20 different phone numbers from Netsip Pty Ltd over time, with new numbers arriving each time a previous one is blocked. This pattern suggests the organisation deliberately cycles through new numbers to maintain contact pressure, rather than accepting that a number has been rejected. This is a hallmark of aggressive telemarketing operations.
What is the solar battery scam mentioned with 0862559851?
One contributor simply noted "Another solar battery scam" when reporting 08 6255 9851, indicating the number is used to pitch solar battery products or installations. Given the broader pattern of high-pressure sales tactics associated with this caller, contributors should be cautious about committing to purchases or sharing financial details over the phone.
Will blocking 08 6255 9851 stop the calls?
Based on contributor reports, blocking 0862559851 will likely result in calls arriving from a different phone number within days. One contributor describes this as deliberate strategy by Netsip to maintain contact pressure. Blocking individual numbers may only temporarily pause calls rather than permanently stop them, though it still reduces immediate call volume.
Should I be on the Do Not Call Register if 08 6255 9851 keeps calling?
Yes, register your number at donotcall.gov.au if you haven't already, and lodge a formal complaint about 08 6255 9851 and related numbers.
