What Our Users Reviewed
Today I got this number bugging me again; just another weird one among the many that keep calling. They all sound like dodgy Aussies trying too hard. Bloody annoying!
This number calls but when you answer, there is no one on the other end. When I tried to return the call, I received a message saying, "Your call couldn't be connected." No voicemail is left, and if I block one version of this number, another similar call comes in later with only a slight change, usually the last digit. I've now decided to block all variations of this number.
They rung saying they are from my provider Vodafone - and that they are giving a 40% discount for 8 months - asked for my PIN (gave random numbers) and when is didn't work I asked them who they thought they called, then they asked for my DOB (did not provide), told them they are a scammer and the call was being recorded and traced they got very angry and then told me that I was wasting their time. BE CAREFUL - SCAMMER.
