Scam.
I didn't pick up but they left a message. A garbled, robotic, female voice says "Hello, [inaudible] Telstra [inaudible] Your mobile service will end soon. Press 1 for English, Press 2 for Chinese [Chinese speech]"
I am not with Telstra so this is undoubtedly a scammer.
