This caller was pretending to be Amazon! I confronted them about it and was quite vocal in my disapproval before blocking the number. I'm really fed up with these scammers.
The caller did not leave a message when they called. Given this, I suspect that this could be a scam.
I received an intimidating call from a male scammer, and I was so frustrated that I yelled at him and called him all sorts of names, many starting with “f” or “w.” Totally unacceptable behavior.
I received a call from an unrecognised number in Western Australia. A female voice with a heavy accent claimed to be from the "E-Bay Verification Department." I couldn’t understand her initially, so she repeated her statement. When I told her I don’t have an E-Bay account, she hung up on me. This is definitely a SCAM!
I received a robotic voice call claiming to be a verification call from the VISA security department. However, I don’t have a VISA card, so I have blocked this number.

Although this call appeared to be from a Perth number, it turned out to be a scam call. I recommend not answering calls from this number.
The caller spoke with an Indian accent and claimed to be from Telstra's technical support. I informed him that this was a scam, as Telstra's technical team does not make unsolicited calls. I repeatedly stated it was a scam until he eventually hung up.
An Indian man called during my family dinner, addressed me by name, and stated he was calling from NBN. When I questioned him about his location, he claimed to be in Sydney, but I pointed out that the 08 area code does not match Sydney. He stumbled over his words, then mentioned my internet would expire in 12 hours. I told him it was fine since I rarely use it and hung up.
